Ingrédients :
1 pâte feuilletée toute prête
1 bûche de chèvre
4 c. à café de miel
1 jaune d'oeuf
tomates cerise
1 salade verte
vinaigrette (avec du vinaigre de framboise)
Préparation :
Préchauffez le four th.7/8 (220°C).
Coupez la pâte feuilletée en 4.
Coupez des rondelles dans la bûche de chèvre
Déposez du chèvre (la quantité dépend de vos goûts, j'ai mis 4 rondelles) sur chaque triangle de pâte
Mettez 1 c. à café de miel sur le fromage , puis rabattre chaque extrémité des triangles, nappez avec le jaune d'oeuf.
Enfournez pendant 35 min.
Garnissez les assiettes de salade et tomates cerise pendant la cuisson.
Servez aussitôt.
